• При разработке сервиса «Insurance Garpix» применена микросервисная архитектура, что позволяет гибко подстраиваться под специфику той или иной страховой компании. При этом есть возможность независимого апгрейда отдельных компонентов системы, а новые компоненты добавляются легко и просто. Нами был создан унифицированный интерфейс сервисов для взаимодействий с API различных страховых компаний, благодаря чему можно быстро систематизировать работу и объединить данные.
• После заполнения данных система подбирает лучшее предложение. Полис приходит на указанный e-mail и сохраняется в личном кабинете. Пользователям сервиса не нужно сравнивать цены на разных сайтах и тратить время на поездку в офис, все предложения собраны в одном месте.

• Создание удобного и крупного рубрикатора – наиболее оптимальное решение для этого раздела. Оказавшись в разделе «Партнеры и предложения», пользователь сразу же видит те отрасли, которые могут быть ему полезны. Например, Супермаркеты или Электроника и техника. Предложения всех партнеров Сбербанка разделены на соответствующие тематики. Также мы предусмотрели просмотр всех предложений и сортировку по популярности.
• Мы предусмотрели свитчер (переключатель) между партнерами, которые принимают и начисляют бонусы - таким образом можно сразу же избежать путаницы.
• Настроили административную панель для управления контентом и сделали удобную сортировку материала. В административной панели есть обязательные и необязательные для заполнения поля. Предусмотрена возможность сортировки партнеров, а также добавления дополнительных данных о партнерах – ссылка на сайт, несколько номеров телефонов. Также можно разделить партнеров на федеральных и региональных (они будут отображаться только для жителей конкретных областей).

Задание было далеко не самое простое. На первый взгляд это просто раздел с информацией о партнерах и предложениях. Но на самом деле в проекте кроется большое количество различных фильтров, зависимостей одних сущностей от других и всё это привязано к местоположению пользователя. Для этого потребовалось более серьезное продумывание структуры хранения данных. В целом, задание оказалось интересное. Заставило поломать голову. В некоторых моментах даже поучительное - приходилось реализовывать то, что не часто встречается в простых проектах.

• Having examined customer behaviour, we identified two client groups whose needs are completely different - new clients and current clients of the company. According to these requirements, the single structure was formed that is convenient for all types of users.
• From the information system of VSTP we daily receive notifications of the condition of the “Vessel”and send the data to the website and to the mobile application interface. Daily in this system a staff member updates the data on ships which enter the Port, we send the database online.
• Each user can visit the section “Shipping lines map”, enter the date of a certain container and receive notice of the status of the shipping (its location).
• We designed a unique estimation calculator to value exports for any part of Russia. The estimation of export directions are recorded in dollars, customers need to mark the total value in roubles for a current date. We integrated the dollar rate of the Central Bank of Russia into the calculator. Thus, a customer can know the cost of the cargo delivery online from any part of the world.
• We provided the opportunity to order pedestrian and vehicle access into the territory of the VSTP. Request for access shows up in the system of the VSTP and the Border Service (it’s compulsory for the Port), this allows to increase the way of processing the data by several times.
• We integrated the client’s private account with 1C Customer’s. The client can look through all the history data of work with LLC (Limited Liability Company), make a new “Autovisit” of big vehicles into the Port and receive account statements. All this data are taken from 1C for a few seconds

We finally got a very interesting project. We worked on the most convenient website model for a long time. We wanted each user to have an opportunity to get to know with the Port, its possibilities and even staff members. The staff members are very sociable people who can make a good impression after the first conversation. During working on the resource all the team enjoyed collective process. The project preparation was so long that we thought editorial changes would last forever, but most of them were denied after a short but productive conversation. What about the time difference? It didn’t bother. You can add some changes and then you get the feedback email in the morning. Such work process is closer to us. If we got some problems, they were solved before 12 p.m. of Moscow time. One more big advantage is that staff members were never late for work during this period.

• The website of the Admiral hockey club is regularly visited by a huge number of users. All users pursue different goals. We needed to organize the website structure and navigation in such a way that the search for the necessary information did not take up extra time despite the type of user and their aims. We conducted a serious analytical research that identified the main needs of users. Also we placed the menu block on the main page. It is divided into several sections and subsections, including information about the club, team, players, coaching staff, ticket sales, standings, future matches and etc.
• We have made the Admiral website multifunctional and convenient. It functions as a corporate resource, an online store and an information portal. You can get to the online store or order tickets for the match from any page of the website. The user can easily find the rules for visiting the arena on the site, read the news of the club, see the schedule and enrol a child in a children's and youth school. Also a section for representatives of mass media and press services has been created. Thus, the user does not need to wander around the site to search for the necessary information. Just open the menu and see all the sections there.
• Our analytical research revealed that one of the main problems of the previous website was the lack of adaptive design and the unavailability of many functions from mobile devices. We have created an adaptive design. Now the site is convenient to use both on a computer and a phone.
• We used such design solutions as large high-quality images, large fonts, bright banners, tournament tables in one and the same style. The site is convenient for reading news and statistics on tournaments and players. The corporate style of the club is used with bright, not repulsive shades.
• The quick access panel to the most current matches of the club integrated with the Kontinental hockey League website has been brought to the fore. This feature will be convenient for true hockey fans and those who are interested in detailed statistics and tournament tables. In this case, the date is automatically uploaded from the KHL website

The customer identified the convenience and flexibility of administration as one of the main reasons for updating the resource, because the club has its own press service and the content is updated every day, including a large number of photo reports from past games and events. The Django platform that we use allows us to implement a tool for multi-uploading images to a resource in a few clicks. Previously colleagues had to upload each photo separately. It was very comfortable and easy to work. Despite the time difference proposals were discussed, corrected and accepted in the working mode. Sometimes we didn't even have to explain why we needed to do it this or that way because the customer kept pace with us intuitively. Frankly I had been extremely cold to hockey and to sports before I started working on the project. Now I have installed notifications in my personal phone to track the club's wins and losses.

• On the homepage of the website users can see a great amount of elements which lead to the inner pages designed for selling certain vehicles and services. So, the user can find the necessary information about certain vehicles and services for a few seconds on the homepage.
• The text block with background photographs are placed at the bottom of each page. Such a presentation of the information is correctly integrated in the structure of the website and it allowed to fulfil one of the goals within the SEO-advancement.
• The system 1C-Customer was integrated into the website. In the section “Vehicles in store” the models of cars, sales, vehicle configuration and other information about cars are daily updated. The website users always know exactly which car and for what price they can buy vehicles in the showroom today.

The website for the dealer center Volvo was designed for a very short period of time for such a project. The website was designed by the official opening date of the showroom. We managed to make it in time and qualitatively thanks to the proper and quick feedback of the company sales manager and the company management. It was clear that together we were one team with the customer. We practically made a final version by the opening date, then we just worked out some bugs of the project. We managed to make it by working together and strategic coordination of all the website pages.

The solutions

• The functionality of the service is huge. Despite the fact that the main subject of the service is set in advance (housing and communal services), the child can create any cartoons up to your fantasy. The child can use dozens of standard scripts, hundreds of well-designed items and scenes. Animating a character is simple: just specify what action it should perform-talking, walking, sitting, waving, etc. You can change the position of the character, expand it, zoom in, zoom or zoom out.
• The project required the involvement of a huge number of specialists in various fields. In addition to programmers, designers, illustrators and testers, professional actors were used to voice characters, as well as screenwriters to write typical scripts. Replicas of characters were voiced by professional actors, but the child can come up with their own dialogues, voice the characters and upload them to the site. Each character was drawn by an illustrator so that programmers could easily program movements and animations.
• It is not difficult to learn how to create cartoons but we have provided training videos and a tutorial, thanks to which the child learns the basics of animation step by step and learns the service. You can share the finished cartoon on social networks and show it to your friends. The service provides the ability to conduct competitions and set ratings by a professional jury. Everyone can rate the videos. The rating system is formed on the basis of likes and views , and the most talented cartoons are included in "The Best"section.

"ZHEKA-MULT" is not the first co-project of our company and The Fund for assistance to housing and communal services reform. We have released a lot of educational projects together that help students learn about the housing and utilities sector in a play form. All these projects required absolute plunging in the topic. Several times we redrew the characters because animation is not easy. An illustrator can make a beautiful drawing, but not every drawing can be "revived" by a programmer then. We did our best again to finish the functionality. The project turned out to be so interesting that we were happy to create videos ourselves. The service "ZHEKA-MULT" is designed for children of primary school age yet adults will not get bored. • Разработали интеллектуальную рассылку, в которой система выбирает определенное количество пользователей, каналы, по которым необходимо отправить уведомление, и с учетом их предпочтений генерирует рассылку.
• Усилили защиту профиля, теперь можно настроить двухфакторную аутентификацию. Благодаря еще одному уровню защиты, пользователю для входа в учетную запись потребуется пароль и доступ с доверенного устройства или доверенного номера телефона.
• Добавили новые push-уведомления и видоизменили дизайн макетов уведомлений и email-рассылок. Также изменили пункты в нижнем навигационном меню и добавили индикатор непрочитанных сообщений.
• Текущее мобильное приложение тм “Глобус” нуждалось в доработке и расширении функционала, помимо этого, заказчик хотел видеть его более современным и минималистичным. Мы обновили и добавили экраны приложения, за счет чего расширили функционал и преобразили внешний вид приложения в целом. На главном экране теперь отображаются баннеры с акциями и скидками. В контекстное меню добавили новые пункты для более быстрого перехода в нужный раздел.

Часто, в разработке гораздо быстрее и легче сделать что-то с нуля. В данном проекте мы дорабатывали уже существующее приложение и бекенд сайта, что было прямо скажем не легко. Бекенд сделан на самописном фреймворке, что потребовало больше усилий для оптимизации и доработки, чем мы предполагали. Приложение не соответствовало ни одной из общепринятых архитектурных моделей и поскольку нет разделения на части, то затрудняется рефакторинг и все изменения приходится вносить в код целиком и проверять кучу взаимосвязей, а не изменять какую-то локальную часть. Также пришлось поработать с общим адаптивом, при добавлении новых экранов. Должен отметить, что каждый раз, когда нам приходится разбираться со сложностями чужого кода или в проектах, где принимало участие с десяток команд, мы значительно прокачиваемся в своих скиллах и всегда приобретаем что-то новое и полезное для себя. Поэтому мы никогда не боимся сложностей и в очередной раз отлично справились с поставленными задачами.

• 3D models of apartment buildings used in the simulator are made according to the drawings of the most popular series of residential buildings in Russia. We needed to develop a virtual simulator that would completely replace the practical experience in a specific home. Analyzing the technical condition of an apartment building a specialist can examine the structural elements of the house or go to the nearby area. We have integrated pop - up information windows and help in text, audio and video formats into the system with the help of which you can learn about the characteristics and problems of the house.
• The ability to monitor ongoing changes in the technical condition of a virtual apartment building after the user has eliminated the identified defects and violations is added. Each user's action is taken into account when completing the task , points are awarded according to the correctness and timeliness of performed actions.
• In the "Testing" mode, participants are offered three levels of difficulty, one hundred questions each. Total, we have provided more than a thousand questions that test your knowledge of apartment building management. The educational platform includes an independent system for determining the user's level of knowledge and ranking specialists basing on the obtained rating. In order for a potential employer to see the strengths of each of the participants we have divided the player rating on testing, the player rating by tournament and the overall rating.

«ZHEKA-PROFI» is the world's first simulator for specialists in the housing and utilities sector, there are no analogues in Russia or abroad. The project is based on Russian realities yet can be easily applied abroad. We presented the simulator at the international championship of professional skills WorldSkills Russia in Kazan for the first time. The launch was attended by Konstantin Tsitsin, General Director of the state PublicUtilities fund, the administration of the WorldSkills Russia Union and the winners of regional professional skill championships. In fact, we have created a unique platform for training employees in the sphere of public utilities which has already been tested by thousands of students and graduates. Now this educational system is widely used in educational programs for training and advanced training of specialists for the utility complex throughout the country.

We faced the challenge to design a sound corporate resource for more affirmative domestic and international market power and also to show strengths of the company - the use of advanced technologies and modern equipment.

  The history of the company goes back to 2007, but the company got a new developing direction in 2017 with the arrival of the new management team. In relation to this fact new experts became necessary. We had to display all the changes in the website, to show all the equipment available as well as to design separate sections for customers, partners and applicants for vacant positions.

The solutions

• On the home page the background video about the company’s work is posted that demonstrates its potential. Such a solution always produces a company image and has a significant effect on users. The click through main sections is based on the reverse cube principle.
• All the machinery park is shown on the “Nurgold” company website. A description and a bright photoshoot are added to each model that show the level of work going on and potential staff members can see the machines they are going to serve.
• The navigation through the website is simple and convenient. The final location of the elements and the navigation through the pages were determined at the design stage. Initially the client had a different vision of the website structure, but behaviour analysis of users gave a real picture. The main sections can be seen on the home page and doubled in the site menu. The navigation through the website is also implemented.
• In the “Nurgold” company there are a lot of new vacancies, that’s why one of the IT-solutions was to design a convenient questionnaire with a full list of existing vacancies and an option to add a summary. Users need to provide their personal data in a special form and leave a request to respond to the vacancy. Under each specific vacancy there is a detailed description of conditions, requirements and responsibilities. Applicants can also indicate any additional information in the appropriate field that is important for themselves in workers placement.

Customers often ask us why we prefer the platforms Django и Python, because there are a lot of other frameworks and programming languages. The website of the company “Nurgold” just demonstrates the main advantage of the platform Django: flexible set-up of the administrative panel for customer needs and the project. You don’t need to get used to the interface of any specific CRM and limit your own website by its opportunities. Users can customize and realize any their own visions. The website “Nurgold” clearly demonstrates it. For example, we give an opportunity to choose a desirable pattern designing new pages in the administrative panel. There is no need to have programming skills: just tick the necessary pattern. In fact we implemented a demo of the website builder in this project.

• On the home page all the companies are presented which belong to Ordamed Group Russia, a separate presentation page is designed for each company in the same style, the page can be turned by scrolling. Typography of the home page is designed according to the technology of inner cube that presents all the company pages extensively and effectively.
• We designed a convenient catalogue and the filter for all types of products depending on its belonging to the specific company. The catalogues are presented on the home page into all the company cards and in the main menu. We organized the navigation in a manner that a user can reach a needed page and get necessary information for a minimum amount of clicks.
• We integrated the system BItrix24 into the website for convenience of staff members and customers where all the data are displayed left by customers as feedbacks. The data are addressed to specialists of certain companies depending on the type of request. For each company a private chat is integrated. Sch moves let us avoid confusion and systematise work with clients better.

We applied a lot of interesting decisions in this resource. For example, a customer focused on turning pages by scrolling inside the inner cube. On each page the information of all six Ordamed Group Russia companies are comfortably placed. The resource became summarised, informative and at the same time convenient in its structure and navigation. We took account into multitasking of staff members of all six companies and divided the feedback forms and chats in all the pages. The design was made individually for each page - in its own style. We offered the customer to choose another framework Django, it would give one more advantage: the customer could add new pages manually with our design - by the pattern. However, the framework Wordpress was chosen as there is a specific specialist in Ordamed Group Russia. In general, the website got effective and different from other companies.

• Мы разработали мобильное приложение при помощи встраиваемого браузера - WebView, который использует нативное приложение для отображения веб-контента, расширяя возможности взаимодействия с пользователем. Стоит отметить, что основными минусами WebView являются зависимость от интернета и долгая скорость загрузки контента. А минусами именно этого проекта было то, что сайту уже более 5 лет, код несколько устарел и за это время накопился технический долг, это в свою очередь усложнило взаимодействие нативного вебвью с сайтом. Также вебвью Android распознается банковскими системами как не защищенный браузер, что приводит к ограничению на способы оплаты в приложении и некоторые из них становятся недоступны.

“В данном проекте для реализации была предложена технология вебвью, что оказалось существенным преимуществом для заказчика и максимально коррелировало с его запросом: запустить мобильное приложение в короткие сроки, с минимальными издержками и затратами. The solutions

• We made a simple and convenient navigation for all types of users. The main clients of the company are sportsmen-parachutists as well as businesses dealing with public procurement, air units and customers of external markets. That’s why it was essential to categorize these directions and make sections for each type.
• On the home page we already posted videos vividly describing the entire working principle of the company. Videoclips can be changed when turning a page. We fulfilled an opportunity to request for a purchase of company products as well as to post contacts in the form of feedback and transfer to the online shop
• Earlier parachutists often requested for designing parachutes of unique colour scheme. That’s why the decision was made to provide an opportunity for users to independently choose shapes of painting domes and backpacks in the 3D-format.
• One more important step taken for increasing market positions of the factory is a full transfer of it’s electronic museum where all the exhibits are illustrated with more detail in the 95-year history of legendary existing factory. This fact allows customers to indicate the level of the company which means confidence in it. We managed to replace each exhibit in very high quality: users can zoom in and zoom out of the objects as well as read texts on documents.

  There is always a huge flow of customers in tourism . This industry needs to systematize and optimize knowledge. We needed to improve the efficiency of "Ulko-Tours" business processes by developing a convenient CRM system for doing business. It was important to provide the preservation of the huge customer base for the company and add the ability to analyze existing experience in sales.

  To simplify the process of working with clients and reduce the existing document flow, automate the business processes of the company and reduce time for processing applications.

The solutions

• Basic work information is collected and generated in the "Aims" section. In fact, this is a huge database where materials have been accumulated over many years. Information cannot be lost as it is in the database. It displays information about the types of tours (group or private), dates of departure and arrival, personal data of customers – their passport data and phone numbers. It contains the names of hotels, cruises, liners, city names, payment statuses, and much more.
• We have made all applications colour-coded for the convenience of employees of the company "Ulko-Tours" like in the system of a traffic light. New orders are in grey. Confirmed orders that have not been paid for yet are shown in red. When the payment is partly made orders are in yellow. Confirmed and fully paid orders are marked green. It helps to systematize orders and avoid confusion.
• The "Calculation" section allows you to calculate the cost of the tour automatically as well as each day of the tour and each tour service separately both for a private tour and a group one.
• We have systematized the system of booking tours, informing the clients and planning business processes in the company "Ulko-Tours". Also we made it possible to set and verify work tasks. Employees receive notifications about new tasks in the form of a pop-up window in the center of the page what makes it impossible to skip the task. This notification shows the status of the task and the date of the upcoming tour. An employee can briefly postpone an issue and "ask" the system to remind them of it again. Thus, all client requests are fulfilled.
• For the convenience of working with the system we have divided the user roles and their corresponding functionality. Thus, the system administrator manages all access rights and can assign roles, add new information and edit it. The Manager can control the added information and analytical data, add and edit reservations. The sales manager creates customer profiles. The accountant has an access to the necessary documents and create reports. Despite the fact that this is an internal corporate system, it was decided to make it available to contractors and introduce the guest user role. Guests can view specific tours and services they need by request.

The tools for entrepreneurs are rich and diverse now. But many companies continue to use a Notepad and a pen to set goals or Excel to maintain the customer base. This is not about "Ulko-Tours" company. They took a responsible approach to business and ordered a unique individual CRM system that totally suits their business. We analyzed a huge layer of information together and, in my opinion, found optimal solutions to each goal of the company. The most important tasks in the tourism industry are the preservation of customer databases, the ability to analyze sales as well as the creation and editing of tourist programs and excursions. We fully implemented all the tasks. The CRM system provides automatic updating and their downloading to the main site -https://shoreexcursionscenter.com/.The system turned out to be very informative, simple and clear at the same time .Even a new employee of the company will quickly learn to work with it. The CRM system collects all the accumulated experience. Even if key employees leave the company, the customer base will not leak with them. • Акцент в приложении сделан на визуальную составляющую. В карусели на яркой подложке размещается актуальные товары, акции и приложения. Они автоматически – для удобства покупателей и сотрудников магазина – дублируются в разделе «Блог».
• Мы реализовали интуитивно понятную структуру приложения, обеспечили плавность переходов из одного раздела в другой. Проанализировали поведение пользователей на сайте магазина, и исходя из полученных данных, сформировали оптимальную структуру и навигацию.
• * Каждая карточка изделия имеет подборку похожих изделий. Похожие изделия реализованы в виде «карусели» с возможностью прокрутки влево-вправо; похожие карточки располагаются под основной карточкой изделия.

Мы сделали акцент на использовании фоторяда, и в то же время смогли сохранить понятную структуру и быструю навигацию. The solutions

• Choreography Academy is a unique ballet school with a strong teaching staff focused on its educational methods and combining modern choreographic techniques and the best traditions of the Russian ballet school. During the research we identified the main areas in which it is recommended to develop the Academy's brand. We analysed brand books and logos of dozens of domestic and foreign choreographic schools. The criteria for the analysis were chosen focusing on visual images and an emotional component. We looked at potential reference points not only in terms of shape, style and colour but also in terms of the feelings and emotions that logos evoke in the supposed target audience.
• For the analysis style graphs were constructed along the axes " Conservative - Modern "and"Rational – Emotional". Based on the experience of our brand specialists and designers we have placed logos of competitive choreographic schools on these charts which are like guidance for the development of the brand in this industry. We analysed choreographic schools in Russia, the United States and Europe and then based on the customer's wishes and the company's needs analysis in brief, we determined the location of the Sevastopol Academy of Choreography logo on the coordinate chart.
• We also focused on possible positive and negative triggers during the analysis. Among the factors that have a positive impact on brand promotion we have identified the level of teachers’ proficiency, the success of graduates, transport accessibility and many other factors. Analyzing the negative and positive factors we concluded that the logo of the Academy of Choreography should take into account all the peculiarities and fully reflect the essence of the educational institution. The identity should not be repelled by deliberate premium and cause associations with other logos. On the contrary it should inspire confidence and clear associations with the school, be easy and modern.
• In the effective part of our research a clear conclusion is made and specific recommendations are given to develop an identity for the Academy of Choreography. Examples of the identity of competing companies that could become a guidance are given. All in all, you may conclude that the Academy logo should be discreet, simple but memorable and versatile (with a minimum of short-term trends that quickly become outdated). The logo should not be banal, involve a game theme, bright colours and a dark background.

Analytical study of the visual environment allows you to identify the best options for the logo and corporate identity. It helps to define the company's development strategy and its further marketing promotion. The creation of identity without prior research is a waste of effort, money and time. A designer can't predict the absolute success of a logo without knowing the target audience, customer needs, and competitor analysis. The success of the project depends on how the future identity will be selected for the audience and how relevant and modern it will be.

The solutions

• Before starting the project considerable analytical work was carried out that allowed to single out the priorities and major customer needs. In terms the work process on the resource we combined desperate databases of different subdivisions of the Metro and designed a common and regularly updated list of staff members of the Metro. A single guide with the information about each staff member was integrated into the database of the resource - a telephone number, an email, a mobile phone number and an office number of any specialist are included.
• We designed a unique system for setting the goals for staff members of the Metro. The functional of setting individual and collective goals was developed. In the system it is possible to target the goals to a particular staff member and their director, to monitor the target date and to make a report.
• Ihe platform was designed for the training of staff members of the Metro based on the resource. Educational courses are formed by moderators within some minutes - it is just enough to choose a specific photo and video materials, tutorial tests in the system, so a proper training course will be formed.
• We provided secure storage facilities and the data transmission within the portal. In addition, for a certain type of the Metro documents an additional level of defence and privacy was designed. In particular, general documents and legislative regulations are placed on the portal and they are available for each staff member. Essential data and documents are under special protection, we allowed access only for high-level decision makers.

Through the creation of the unique system we managed to automate the work process of more than 50,000 staff members of the Metro. We were able to automate the very business processes which earlier took about 30 percent of staff members’ time. As a result of the work we developed a unique database, the system for setting and monitoring the goals as well as an educational system that allows a moderator to create a course for staff members and then to check their knowledge. All the results of each test are displayed in the private office of all staff members.

Клиенты, попадая на сайт, получали посредственное представление о всех возможностях компании, видах продукции и предоставляемых услугах. Нам требовалось разработать сильный имиджевый ресурс, представляющий «Исток-Пром» как успешное предприятие, работающее на рынке более 25 лет.

• Чтобы представить предприятие максимально эффектно, мы приняли решение использовать Full Page и полноэкранные качественные изображения. Внутри ресурса мы разместили четыре основные коллекции, которые пользователь видит уже на главных страницах.
• Навигация по разделам осуществляется с помощью скроллинга. Мы создали четыре крупных подраздела в соответствии с коллекциями – форменная одежда, специальная одежда, головные уборы, сорочки форменные. Внутри каждого подраздела есть разделения на одежду для сотрудников разных организаций. Например, в подразделе «Форменная одежда» вы найдете коллекции для сотрудников Федеральной Пассажирской Компании, для Министерства транспорта РФ, для сотрудников ведомственной охраны ЖДТ России и для кадет.
• Мы использовали следующие дизайнерские решения: Full Page, свайперы, скроллинг, крупные шрифты. На старом сайте была устаревшая структура, которая не подходила под презентационный корпоративный сайт, мы полностью пересмотрели структуру – сделали ее простой, удобной и в то же время интересной.
• Основное техническое нововведение – конструктор одежды. Теперь пользователем доступна не только возможность выбора конкретных изделий, но самостоятельное моделирование и конструирование. Конструктор удобен, интуитивен и оптимизирован под мобильную версию.
• Каждая коллекция представлена на сайте как мини-лендинг, в котором акцент сделан на фотоматериалах. Заказчик предоставил действительно качественный фотоконтент, по которому был написан сценарий. Например, для коллекции одежды для сотрудников Федеральной Пассажирской Компании фотографии делались на фоне перрона.
• Мы использовали темный экран для того, чтобы фотокарточки выделялись более контрастно. Фирменные цвета компании – оттенки синего. На старом сайте акцент был на ярко-синим. Мы же ушли в акцент на темно-синий цвет, для того, чтобы фотокарточки смотрелись контрастнее.
• Целевые действия выделены яркими кнопками – для удобства пользователей. Использованы скролл-переходы, использованы фирменные шрифты, увеличен кегль.

То, что получилось, мне как реализатору очень нравится. Важно, что ресурс работает со всех устройств. Удалось презентовать компанию и передать ее настроение. В целом пока сейчас материал не заполнен, сайт кажется немного кургузым, но вся цепочка выстроится, когда постепенно все коллекции будет заполняться. Получилась очень хорошая база для дальнейшей презентации компании. С заказчиком мы сразу нашли взаимопонимание, сразу попали в цель. Было приятно работать с действительно качественным контентом, который предоставил заказчик. Мы презентовали компанию в современной структуре, применили сложное техническое решение - конструктор.

  To design an effective resource which is distinctive among other portals of the Ivanovo region, to develop a navigation system by means of it users can read all region or city news conveniently.

• ?

  There has not still been a central powerful resource in the Ivanovo region bringing together the official print mass media. It was needed to create a new strong news resource presenting Internet unique issues with their vast history and identity. By the idea of all journalists representing different city and region newspapers, they have to publish news, photographs and videos from private offices of their issues.

The solutions

• The stress is focused on high quality photographs and complex video materials. Each news is followed with a big photoshoot which can be zoomed in and observed in detail. This decision makes the website modern and effective.
• The rubricator is not rather simple for the traditional mass media - there is not a division into categories of themes in the menu as usual, but there is a navigation through hashtags accompanying each issue. Such a decision was made not to clutter already a complex structure. It is also simple and convenient to browse news and articles on specific topics.
• Each print issue of the Ivanovo region on the portal Izvestno.ru has its own newsfeed. Also all the mass media keep traditions and identity of its own print version. It is convenient for users of the website to browse local news as well as regional ones.
• The website allows to add a highly qualificative material. Thus, the resource includes traditions of the print issues as well as the television mass media. It was released recently, but the website already contains a certain amount of event stories. In the section “Gallery” a user can find best photographs and videos.
• The unique format of the resource allows to connect mental labour of all region journalists, to collect latest news into one platform and to present the information reliably and differently as possible.

This is our first news portal, before we designed the websites for regional newspapers of the Moscow region, but we designed the resource for the first time which connects different newspapers together. Video materials available make the resource interesting and effective. As a rule, a modern human takes the world visually, and the video format is more interesting for us than a simple text. Regardless of the fact how customers are used to get information (via texts or via video formats), the resource Izvestno.ru will be useful anyway. Of course, there are a few video clips, but i'm sure that the website will be filled with bright and quality content. Despite the fact that the leader of the project was changed during working on the site - the chef editor was changed - everything went well. On the contrary, everything became rather simpler: the previous editor didn’t take a responsibility and didn’t make quick decisions, but new leaders have clear visions about all the issues

• Нами была создана многоуровневая система защиты данных, благодаря чему стало возможным добавление более чем десяти тысяч личных кабинетов для пользователей приложения МЦК. Мы обеспечили стопроцентную гарантию сохранения данных и их конфиденциальность.
• Мы предусмотрели три разных способа записи на прием для пациентов МЦК. Они могут записаться к конкретному врачу, посмотреть свободное время для посещения, отменить запись, оставить комментарий перед посещением.
• В приложении есть четкое разделение по типу предоставляемых услуг и лечебных направлений, таким образом пациенту не приходится долго искать нужного врача.

Мы сделали простую и удобную навигацию, а значит, записаться к врачу стало проще просто. Клиенты центра быстро оценили нововведения и теперь все чаще выбирают такой способ взаимодействия с центром. Для входа в мобильное приложение используется двухфакторная аутентификация, что делает данные пользователей полностью конфиденциальными.

The solutions

• The navigation is designed in such a way that it is most convenient for users to find a certain apartment: for this purpose additional filters are included. A user can choose any proper residential areas on the website and any floor on the scheme, look at housing development and check the availability of vacant apartments on each floor. From the perspective of any entry customers can see how many apartments are vacant, their size and price.
• On the website there is an integration with the resource “Homeclick” which allows all sales managers to work into one information field. Users can also see the current information, it’s available at the exact moment after a sales manager enters the information in the database.
• The corporate colours of the company “Renaissance Activ” were used. The company logo is orange, that’s why we needed to find an intelligent combination. The website is designed in black and orange colour patterns that looks quite balanced.

It was rather interesting to work on this project. We had to deal with some particularities, one of them is the time difference, in particular seven hours. Thus, some problems couldn’t be resolved quickly. We thank the clients for understanding - all of us were interested in getting quality product, that’s why we practically began to live in two time-zones. The second particularity is that we needed to integrate the system which allows to update the information online about apartment sales and reservations. The difficulty is also that this information is added not only in the catalogue, as usual in the Internet-shops, but in the scheme of each house. So, a user can enter the project of the building, choose any floor and see which apartments are vacant, occupied or reserved on each floor. Also a customer can apply to be informed if an apartment reservation is cancelled. For the realization of all this process we had to make an integration with an internal database where staff members add the information. But here’s a surprise as well - technical support of this system is located in the third region which also has the time difference, but only three hours. Therefore, taking into account three different time-zones, we designed this project.

• The website is designed in calm colours and harmoniously decorated with the symbol of the photo contest that doesn’t distract from the main information whose size is limited to the possible extent. The work process of the website is based on a rapid and available posting of qualitative and beautiful photos. That’s why the accent of the site is made on visual content. There are not any complex integrations, lovely photographs of different parts of our country develop individuality of the website
• The control system Django was chosen as the platform of the website which allows to get rid of unnecessary components that has a positive impact on comfort and speed of the administrative panel.
• The private office of participants is designed in such a way that participants can easily upload their projects to the website. Also the possibility of multiple voting for the same work from a single IP address was excluded. Because nowadays every second person has an account in one of the social networking sites, the website interface was designed similar to the functional with the interface of a social networking site. It provides users with extra comfort dealing with the site. THe photo contest was held for a long time and it meant ongoing uploading of projects, that’s why the server CDN was connected for the smooth operation of the website

The solutions

• In the private office you can reserve a tour, make changes and cancel a tour. But, perhaps, the most interesting part is that in the private office you can make groups and invite your friends there who you want to travel with, share feedbacks and show the tours you are interested in. Tourists can communicate with a tour operator or a tour agent in the chat room. The button”Confirm” is very convenient. If a user entered the passport data in the private office, so the boxes such as nationality, name, surname and date of birth are automatically completed.
• According to the user’s status, the private offices are divided into different types. To access at the private office users have to indicate their status - a tourist or a tour agent - and undergo authorization. In the private section of tourists “Bookings” the current data of reserved tours are displayed as well as the information about the past tours (“Tour History”).

• We have updated all the libraries, which has significantly increased the speed of the mobile application. In addition, thanks to updates, it was possible to stabilize its operation on gadgets of an earlier release year. This revision was fundamentally important for the customer: now the application is equally available for all patients.
• After our work, a significant number of errors were fixed, there were fewer crashes, freezes, and other problems related to the stability of the application.
• Added new functionality, in particular - for the convenience of the user's appointment to the doctor, we have optimized the response time from the technical support of the application.

We have completed and updated the mobile application for the Family Doctor-a network of one of the largest private clinics in Russia. The high level of this project initially assumed the presence of many professional competencies. We were required to be as accurate as possible when working with the code. And we did it. This application has interesting functionality, in particular-it clearly structures all the information for patients, provides electronic medical records, online appointment and much more. We updated the information about the doctors of this institution, accelerated the work of the application – including for older devices. Family doctor is a system of intelligent appointment registration, convenient search for a doctor and a polyclinic, control of medication intake, dispensary events, statistics of services received and other useful services. And we are happy to touch the creation and completion of such a large-scale project.

The solutions

• Members of trade unions often do not know about all the support measures that are provided to them. Therefore they do not always understand the advantages and do not want to join a trade Union. The main website of the Trade Union of workers of national education and science of the Krasnodar region does not fully reflect all the opportunities that members of the organization have. In fact it is the official platform of the trade Union aimed to attracting new members. Current members of a trade Union organization sometimes consider it difficult to find the necessary information on it. We have created a new resource with a simple interface as well as a convenient category strip. The site has a clear division into support measures and loans as well as products and services provided by the organization's partners.
• The uniqueness of the system is that Union members can choose the options they need from a huge list of services and products provided by Union partners. For a convenient usage we have implemented the ability to add to the shopping cart so that the user will not need to search for the necessary information over and over again. All data is stored in the shopping cart in the personal account of each user. The loan application is in the "Credit cooperative" section. There you can make a request and track its status. To maintain confidentiality and ensure the rights of users we have implemented the ability to have an access to the site through verification. Only active members of the trade Union of workers of national education and science of the Krasnodar region as well as partner companies can log in to the site.
• The site has a huge list of services and features for each of which we have created a separate subsection. In particular, the site has such pages as "Products and services", "My health", "Farms", "Beauty Salons", "Real estate" and many others. This detailed categorization allows you to avoid confusion and show the full range of services and features.
• We have implemented the possibility of writing a feedback and sending requests. The system stylistically highlights the fields that must be filled in. All appeals are recorded in the admin panel and are available to employees of the Union immediately after sending. Information about the user and their application is automatically sent to the email addresses of the site administrators. Also all requests are saved in the administrative panel so we can talk about creating a single database of requests.

The customer came to us with an idea–it was necessary to implement a system that is more convenient for interaction with Union members. Such a system does not have a wide implementation, yet it is unique. Many people are skeptical about the idea of trade Union organizations and doubt whether it is worth joining them and paying membership fees or not. Our development allows employees of national education and science of the Krasnodar region to feel all the advantages of being in the ranks of a trade Union, get support and apply in your personal account. Despite the goals, the project has been already formed already in the process of work. We thought through the implementation of many sections to the smallest detail: together with the customer we were able to navigate a huge number of tasks and find optimal solutions for each of them.

• The website mixes strictness of this business segment and brightness. There is not a pile of different effects hiding each other. The only effect is used which allows not to deform and present a full and interesting amount of information.
• In the upper part of the menu there are separate business segments that they can draw attention: “medium business”, “large business”, “state sector”, “communication provider”. This is actual information what potential clients can find on each page.
• The possibility of adding goods in the basket was made. After the goods are added, the sales manager gets notification to the mail that means a potential customer. Such a system allows to provide a pull of incoming requests for the connection that a sales manager can discuss all the details with a potential client.
• The scrolling design was made with bright images of the segment B2B. During the work on the design of the website the accent was made on visual effects. Through the transfer between main sections the effect of rotating cube is used where each separate page presents a certain line. This is the main thing of the website. The using of such scrolling allows to turn absolutely static information into very dynamic and lively.

• We and the customer analyzed together the challenges and the targets of the project and reconsidered what is the main difference from its previous version, made corrections, taking into account all changed target audience of all the lifetime. The previous website of the company was analyzed and customers’ behaviour was studied, so the plan of actions was made to change the website structure, the navigation and the placement of the sections.
• In the present version of the website a quick and logical transfer to the sections and divisions of the website is represented. Already on the homepage users can see necessary sections according to their status. We divided all the services into three categories: “Business”, “Private individuals”, “Builders and developers”. All the information is collected maximally compacted, so the user can see necessary sections at once.
• Prototyping allowed to prevent possible misunderstanding with the customer. We already had a situation when a customer didn’t understand clearly how a future project would look like and expectations were made which were difficult to implement. That’s why we illustrated the staff members of the “NetLIne” how certain pages would look like. Graphical images allowed us to understand our customer clearly. For the customer's display several dozens of schemes and drawings were presented.
• Also we provided the customer with several variants of the design, because one of the main challenges was to differ the company from other opponents by its design of the website. It was very important for the customer to get several variants, but the very first proposed variant was already accepted. In the result of the development, taking into account the client’s wishes, the website was completed. To make the design effective and attractive, we offered our customer to put a video screensaver with network equipment on the homepage. It is not obsessive, there is not any flashing of many shots, that’s why the screensaver doesn't distract the customer’s attention and at the same time it makes accent on the company’s main business.
• The resource is adopted for all kinds of devices and all screens. The navigation is made in such a way that it is very convenient to visit the website whatever devices customers look through information. • We designed a new resource for a maximally short period of time - only 15 days.. We implemented a rapid system of work with the website and at the same time work process was carried out for the design, the page making, programming and partially for testing the site. We made the work based on the principle of the conveyor. The difficulty was that staff members had to work in a tight bundle.
• On the previous website for the whole period of its work a lot of fragmented and different in style sections and menus were collected. Meanwhile, graphical styles genres were not absolutely saved - billboards, news, descriptions of performances were added in the same section one by one, that’s why it was difficult to find any information for users. Due to the abundance of unstructured sections visitors couldn’t find the timetable of performances and events as well as they couldn’t buy tickets online. We analyzed and revised the whole structure. We had to divide the projects of the theatre by our own structure and make a new graphical concept.
• To make a navigation highly effective we designed all possible users’ work options with the website: we asked ourselves rather simple questions: 1) what can a person see on the website while visiting for the first time? 2) which sections are necessary for the website? 3) what steps can a user make and which section can a user can get at finally?
• We made a clear division in separate blocks of the menu - we also provided the possibility to get a separate addition of the billboard, news, the information about the theatre, the data about the timetable, etc. In the main menu we put illustrative data sets and news about premiers and performances with the function of page-flipping as well as the navigation panel leading to all the sections of the website. In the section “Billboard” there is current information about all premiers and performances, the data about the next performance, free seats available and the cost of tickets. Current events, concert announcements, the information about the change in work process, etc. - all of these are in the section “News”. The announcement for each news is published on the home page as an image and a short description. A user can get at a separate page and copy its link by clicking on any news . In the section ‘Visitors’ users can find all the information about the rules regulating visits, the rules of behaviour in the halls as well as the information about the project “Theatres for multi child families”. In the section “Guestbook” users can post feedbacks about any performance of the theatre.
• We provided the possibility to connect different machines for buying tickets. Now on the website tickets can be sold for different plays through diverse resources.

This is a unique project made for a very short period of time. We implemented new possibilities when the design, the page making, programming go together. Finalized projects were tested immediately. Метод, который буквально утром работал на стороне страховой, к вечеру мог выдавать ошибку, и разработчикам приходилось тратить время, чтобы понять и разобраться в чем причина. Ведь она порой не так объективна и очевидна. Также коммуникация с тех.поддержкой страховых не всегда оперативная. Приходилось ждать по несколько дней для решения одного вопроса, что затягивало сроки и скорость разработки.

That’s why we designed the common page about the centre which contains its sections of the menu and the possibility of a quick transfer to the service page. • In addition to the website we made the CRM - system for the customer which leads all processes of the complex. The client who buys “terminal interval” for the first time automatically enters in the database of newcomers where there is a personal instructor and name certificates are given. We worked for a long time designing the website. So, we designed the CRM-system and we finished the sections of the website by its separate modules. That’s why during all the process work on the CRM we always came back to the work on the website. The customer is technically accurate. The opposition of two colours visually highlights the difference of two work directions of the film studio.   Разработать дизайн-концепцию сайта, которая демонстрировала бы лучшие стороны курортного комплекса с высоким уровнем сервиса. Дизайн должен соответствовать маркетиногвым целям компании, а именно – привлекать клиентов разного уровня достатка и не создавать впечатления излишней дороговизны.

• Прежний сайт комплекса Mriya Resort & Spa ассоциировался у многих клиентов исключительно с отдыхом премиального уровня, при этом более доступные предложения, которые есть в отеле, оказывались невостребованными, структура сайта была продумана не лучшим образом, из-за чего некоторые разделы практически не посещались потенциальными клиентами. Мы провели серьезное аналитическое исследование и выявили наиболее оптимальную структуру сайта, на основе которой построили дизайн-концепцию. В частности - данные метрики говорят о том, что 73% пользователей сайта предпочитают просматривать его со смартфона. Поэтому мы предложили заказчику акцентировать внимание на мобильной версии сайта и адаптивном дизайне.
• Мы обратили внимание на то, что пользователи довольно часто применяют функцию поиска на сайте. Это говорит о том, что они не могут сразу найти интересующую их информацию, следовательно, структура сайта должна быть упрощена, а навигация по сайту – стать более легкой. Мы предложили заказчику отказаться от использования объемных текстов и длинных описаний, а акцент сделать на использовании больших и качественных изображений, современных шрифтов. Грамотно подобранный визуальный ряд в сочетании с информативными текстами способен существенно облегчить восприятие сайта и избежать пролистывания страниц пользователями. В то же время меню сайта не должно содержать более трех уровней вложенности.
• Было принято решение о реализации полноэкранного сайта. Мы выбрали «Full Page», потому что это позволяет задействовать максимум полезной площади на экране пользователя и сделать акцент контентном наполнении сайта. Меню открывается в отдельном модальном окне. Клик на раздел меню вызывает список подразделов, что позволяет экономично показать вложенность раздела пользователю.
• Одна из самых важных функций – бронирование номером реализована наиболее удобным для посетителей образом: форму для заявки можно найти в заметном месте - в шапке сайта и боковом меню. Для упрощения работы с пользователями мы сократили количество кликов и ввод личной информации в форме до минимума. Подробная информация о номерах, вариантах размещения, дополнительных услугах и многом другом доступна в детальной странице апартаментов.

Перед нами стояла важная задача – уйти от возражений клиентов о дороговизне туристического комплекса и сформировать структуру нового сайта так, чтобы клиенты понимали, какие конкретные возможности и они получают за эти деньги. В частности, мы сделали акцент на уникальности комплекса, огромном числе бесплатных развлечений и услуг, входящих в стоимость путевки. Наша команда собрала все пожелания и требования заказчика, подготовила аналитику и сделала дизайн-концепт главной и внутренних страниц. Заказчик особенно оценил решение по внутренним страницам, ведь они помогли клиенту увидеть все, что есть на территории комплекса. Была проделана огромная работа – от выявления целей заказчика до полной реализации проекта.

• Мы настроили и запустили рекламную кампанию в социальных сетях – Facebook и Instagram. Нами настроена система аналитики, которая позволяет точно определить, откуда пришел клиент и с какого креатива был сделан переход, что позволяет четко понимать, какие креативы достигают рекламных целей, а какие стоит отредактировать или вовсе удалить.
• Акцент сделан на типографике и фото-контенте. Структура лендингов простая и последовательная, также нами был создан телеграмм-бот для получения заказов с сайта
• В дизайне сети сайтов мы сохранили корпоративный стиль корпорации Marriott International и отразили преимущества ваучеров посредством профессиональных фотографий, сделанных для определенной тематики и ситуаций. Мы подобрали визуальный ряд, привлекающий потенциальных клиентов и одновременно с этим – не создающий впечатления излишней дороговизны сети отелей.

Международный уровень проекта изначально предполагал большую ответственность и высокие требования к качеству работ. Сеть отелей Marriott International узнаваема во всем мире, мы должны были сделать лендинговые страницы, поддерживающие имидж компании и в то же время – акцентирующие внимание на доступности отелей для клиентов разного уровня достатка. Важно было при создании лендингов и креативов для рекламы учесть разницу менталитетов азиатского и европейского рынков. Чтобы сделать качественный продукт, нам пришлось открывать для себя национальные особенности Сингапура, Вьетнама и Китая. Важно было учитывать специфику и традиции разных стран, использовать правильные цвета, изображения и тексты, не ущемляющие религиозных или этнических взглядов. Мы столкнулись с тем, что не всегда легко сочетать написание текстов на вьетнамском языке - если разбить несколько иероглифов на разные строки, теряется весь смысл фразы и предложения. Клиенты были в восторге от проведенной нами рекламной кампании, так как не ожидали, что она пройдет так успешно. Результаты продаж в разы превзошли маркетинговый бюджет.
